From me to Blizz:
I know Blizzard is aware of the firestorm brewing on all SC2 forums concerning usernames. I know that this ticket might go into the pile after you’ve read the first sentence and picked out “username,” but please allow me to change mine.
I signed up almost immediately after SC2 was released, when there was no warning that the name I entered would be permanent, and used my real name. Something I would rather not have done. I don’t mind if you have to wipe my account, and if having my username changed is not possible, then I would like to know if a refund is possible. I’d rather return and repurchase than continue on with no foreseeable remedy.
And if none of the above is possible, I would like to report my username as offensive and against Battle.net’s naming policy, and would like to receive an e-mail that “will be sent to the account’s registered E-mail address with instructions on how to change his/her temporary name to one of their choice.” -Blizzard’s Naming Policy

If you have encountered a mistake with your character’s name in StarCraft II, we may be able to assist with a change in character name. However, this investigation DOES NOT GUARANTEE that your character’s name will be changed.
Please submit the following information from the email address registered to the Battle.net account in question:
1. Battle.net Account Name.
2. First and Last Name.
3. Secret Question Answer for the Battle.net Account.
4. CURRENT StarCraft II Character Name.
5. CURRENT StarCraft II Character Code.
6. DESIRED StarCraft II Character Name.
After we have received this information, we will follow up with an additional email on any updates. Please be aware that we will be happy to investigate this matter for you. Again, this investigation does not guarantee that your character’s name will be changed.
